Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled and highly motivated Private Detective Agents to join our pan-India network. As a Private Detective Agent, you will be responsible for conducting various investigative assignments, from background checks and surveillance to complex corporate and legal investigations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, possesses excellent observation skills, and can operate with utmost discretion while traveling or working within their designated region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Surveillance: Conduct covert physical and digital surveillance to gather evidence on subjects for cases involving infidelity, fraud, insurance claims, and more.

• Background Verification: Perform in-depth background checks on individuals and entities for pre-employment screening, due diligence, or partnership assessments.

• Case Investigation: Manage cases from start to finish, including initial client consultation, planning investigation strategies, executing the plan, and compiling detailed reports.

• Evidence Collection: Gather, analyze, and document evidence in a manner that is legally admissible. Maintain a clear chain of custody for all evidence.

• Field Work: Travel extensively across different states and cities as required by case assignments. Adapt quickly to new environments and local nuances.

• Reporting: Prepare clear, concise, and comprehensive investigative reports with supporting documentation (photographs, video footage, logs).

• Client Interaction: Maintain professional communication with clients, providing updates and presenting findings in a clear and objective manner.

• Legal Compliance: Ensure all investigative activities strictly comply with Indian laws and ethical standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree. A degree in Criminal Justice, Law, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience: Proven experience (1-5 years) as a Private Detective, in military/law enforcement (e.g., Ex-Servicemen, Ex-Police), or in a corporate investigation role.

• Licensing: A valid Private Detective License from the respective State Police is a significant advantage. Candidates without a license must be willing to obtain one as per state regulations.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills and familiarity with investigative tools, including GPS tracking software, database search tools, and covert surveillance equipment.

• Observational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to notice and recall minute information.

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language(s) of the region.

• Discretion & Ethics: Unimpeachable integrity and a strong understanding of ethical boundaries and privacy laws.

• Physical Fitness: Ability to conduct long hours of stationary surveillance and travel at short notice.
